These walks are sponsored by the Thames Valley Trail Association Inc. in support of the Middlesex-London in motion initiative to promote healthy and active living.
Each walk will begin at 9:00 a.m. from the meeting place listed in the SMW Summer Fall 2011 SMW Winter Spring 2012 brochure and will take approximately one hour. All walks are free and open to members of the public; Families with children welcome but please leave your pets at home. All our walkers are required to sign the TVTA Waiver Form when they arrive.
Come on out! Have lots of fun walking these beautiful trails and parks all within our City of London.
Except for the parks with paved paths, the following trails will be too rugged for strollers. Wear good boots as there may be mud, roots or rocks. Bring your own water.
Locations marked (Hilly) include hilly sections that may be difficult for some of our walkers.
