  1. The "Remember Me" checkbox isn't working on the login screen. How can I make sure it works?


    The checkbox works by storing cookies through your browser. In order for tvta.ca to remember that you're logged in, your browser settings must have cookies enabled. For directions on enabling cookies, visit the link:

    Additionally, some security software (antivirus, spyware cleaning) may interfere with the ability for your browser to save or retain cookies. If you find that tvta.ca still isn't remembering that you're logged in even after enabling cookies and selecting the checkbox, you may want to check the settings on your security software.
     

  2. I can't log in to the Member's Area


    The Member's area can be accessed at http://www.tvta.ca/securedcontent
    In order to log in, be sure that you're using the same email that you used when you registered for membership in the Thames Valley Trail Association. If you don't remember your password, or you never received one, click the "Forgot Password" link at the bottom of the link above.
